HekayTee started with two friends from New York and Cairo, a shared playlist of Egyptian songs, favorite film quotes, and a late-night conversation about why nothing ever felt like us.

We were tired of wearing things that didn’t speak our language — literally or emotionally. So we created tees in English and Arabic that do. Playful. Poetic. Personal.

Each design is a wearable story, inspired by something real — a line your grandmother once said, a TikTok you still quote, or a phrase that just gets you. We print it on soft Egyptian cotton, and make it feel like home.

We're designers, dreamers, and lovers of culture and comfort. We believe that language is beautiful, comfort is power, and identity is something worth wearing — proudly and playfully.
